After you send the form

What happens after I send the form?

Alpine reviews your drawing and site, then replies to confirm the scope: the enclosure type, height, gates and slab. From a drawing and a site address, we solve the layout, apply the site's wind speed, exposure and risk category, and return a layout, bay schedule and engineering package in under one week, with pricing for your scope.

What should I include with my request?

Whatever defines the enclosure today: an architect's site plan or enclosure detail, a brand prototype drawing, or a dimensioned sketch, plus the site city, state and ZIP code. Tell us what the enclosure holds or screens, the height you need and any local code or hauler requirements you know. A full drawing set is not required to start.

Do I need to know my site's wind speed or exposure?

No. Send the site address and Alpine looks up the design wind speed with the ASCE Hazard Tool and assesses the exposure category as part of every engineering package. Each project is engineered for its own site before the calculations are sealed, so nearly any site can be accommodated.

Can I request CAD details or a guide spec without a project?

Yes. The product data sheet, engineering overview, standard-size sheets and PDF guide spec are open downloads on the Resources page. CAD details, the DOCX guide spec and the studies are sent after a short download request. See also Alpine Citadel, custom fabrication, engineering and national programs.

Questions about requesting a quote

How quickly will I get a layout and engineering package?
In under one week from your drawing and site address. The package includes the layout solved to your dimensions, a bay schedule, a plan drawing, structural calculations to ASCE 7-22, anchorage design, and slab and base-plate requirements. Sealed calculations are available in all 50 states for your permit and submittal.
Can I get a budget price before I have drawings?
Yes. Typical installed cost for an 8 ft Alpine Citadel enclosure, excluding slab and site work, is $15,000–20,000 for a single and $21,000–30,000 for a double, including the engineering package for standard sizes. Program pricing for multi-site rollouts is available on request. Tell us the container count, height and location and we will narrow the range.
What file types can I send?
PDF, DWG, DXF, JPG, PNG and ZIP. Upload the file in the form, paste a share link from your file service into the "Drawing link" field, or email the files. A photo of a dimensioned sketch is enough to start a layout.
Do you work with multi-site programs?
Yes. Choose "Program planning" and enter the number of sites. Programs get one standard Alpine Citadel detail for the prototype, site-by-site layout and engineering, kits packed by site and release, and one price nationwide. Alpine has 70+ locations installed, including 60+ for a multi-state tire and automotive service brand.
What happens to the drawings I send?
Alpine uses your drawings to prepare the layout, engineering package and quote for your project. They are not published, shared with other customers or used in marketing. If you need a signed confidentiality agreement before sending a prototype set, say so in the notes field and we will send one first.
